A full gut renovation in a vintage-condition Spanish style two-story home including the kitchen, dining/breakfast area, laundry room, and bathroom. We opened one wall to the living room, took down smaller walls between the breakfast nook and kitchen, removed unnecessary doors, and uncovered original Douglas fir sub-flooring, refinishing it to become the finished floor. Real linoleum tile flooring was added in laundry and bathroom. Full custom kitchen utilized brightly patterned backsplash tile all the way to the ceiling, and custom cabinets in a charcoal blue.  The dated window over the sink was restored with a vintage leaded glass window, and a combination of vintage and contemporary lighting beings the whole space together.  A tiny bathroom was remodeled to maximize the space with a walk-in shower, brightly tiled, and a clever shelf vanity that holds a vessel sink.
